Recently, leaders from Pinnacle Classical Academy had the opportunity to visit Ames Copper Group & IMC Metals America to better understand the skills shaping today’s manufacturing workforce—and the direction these industries are heading.
The time invested by AMES/IMC provided valuable insight into how
are evolving to meet real workforce demands. From summer learning opportunities to in-school engagement, the commitment to helping students understand career possibilities firsthand was evident throughout the visit.
What stood out most was the intentional alignment—education leaders and industry partners working together to ensure students are prepared not just for graduation, but for meaningful opportunities right here in our community.
When education and industry collaborate, students gain clarity, communities retain talent, and workforce pipelines grow stronger for generations to come.
Grateful to the team at AMES/IMC for investing time, sharing expertise, and helping strengthen the future of workforce development in our region.
