Alumni Spotlight:
Aurora Liljestrand, Class of 2020

Aurora Liljestrand graduated as the valedictorian of Pinnacle Classical Academy's first graduating class in 2020. After high school, she "let fate and the Lord guide her to Lipscomb University," where she continued her academic journey with determination and grace.

Thanks to the Associate of Science degree she earned while at Pinnacle, Aurora was able to focus on major-specific courses. With this freedom, she took additional electives that enriched her understanding of film as she acquired her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation. Her strong work ethic and outgoing nature helped her thrive both academically and socially. She made it a priority to connect with others and build meaningful relationships throughout her college experience.  Through her college connections, she found job opportunities to work on some incredible projects.

Aurora is currently using her talents as a  Story/ Computer Graphics Generalist at Shining Isle Productions in Nashville, Tennessee.  She has already contributed to a number of creative projects, including the documentary, Pencils vs. Pixels, and TV shows such as Dead Sea Squirrels, and The Wingfeather Saga animated series. 

Aurora's path reflects a blend of faith, passion, and perseverance, and we are proud to celebrate her as a shining example of Pinnacle Classical Academy alumni.
